Domestic shipping
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Orders are not delivered on Sundays or holidays.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 hours, though it can take up to 72 hours depending on shipment volume and timing.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Domestic shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges and delivery estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur, but most orders arrive within 3-5 business days for in-stock merchandise. Please allow extra time for shipments to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and to the non-contiguous states and territories (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc.)
Please note that for Standard Domestic Shipping for items over 1 pound going to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any US territory not in the contiguous 48 states the delivery estimate is 4-6 weeks.
Items ordered together may not arrive in the same package. We will always strive to ship all items together to minimize shipments.
Please note that these prices apply to orders shipped to the United States and do not apply to international orders.

High Line Gift Cards are electronic only and will be delivered via email address on the date of purchase.
High Line Memberships
When you purchase a High Line Membership through shop.thehighline.org our Membership team gets notified and will follow up with your Membership details.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
High Line Shop ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Damages
High Line Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, however we include up to $100 in insurance on all shipments. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Buy online, pick up in store
The High Line Shop offers the option to buy online and pick up your order in-store. You can make your pickup at the High Line Shop’s location on the park just south of 16th Street during our normal business hours. Select the “pick up” option during checkout. In the winter months, when the Shop will not be open in our outdoor location, we’ll adjust this option accordingly.
International shipping
We now offer international shipping. Shipping to Canada goes live on June 8 and the rest of the globe will go live June 15.
International shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and your location. We've worked with our shipping partners to find the best rates possible to bring a piece of the High Line home. Customs and duties are included in the price.
