How quickly do items ship?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Orders are not delivered on Sundays or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
How much is shipping? Does my order qualify for free shipping?
These rates apply only to domestic shipping.
Standard Shipping, 3-5 business days—$10
Priority Shipping, 2 business days—$20
Express Shipping, 1-2 business days—$35
Orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we now offer international shipping. You’re currently on the US version of our website. Switch to our international site using the top menu for more information, as well as to see prices in your local currency with duties and customs included in the price for ease.
Can I ship to a PO box?
Yes, you can ship to a PO Box. We ship with the USPS, who will deliver to PO Boxes across the US.
Will I get a tracking number for my package?
Yes, when your order is packed and prepared for pickup and shipping, you'll receive a tracking number for your package so you can follow its journey to your door!
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been packed containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 hours, though it can take up to 72 hours depending on shipment volume and timing. If your tracking number is not active after 72 hours, please feel free to reach out at shop@thehighline.org so we can help.

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.

Discounts
I’m a High Line member. How do I use my discount?
High Line Members at the Spike level and higher are eligible for a 10% discount at the High Line Shop in person and online. To utilize your discount online, please log in to the Shop using the email address associated with your membership. Your discount will be automatically applied at checkout. Please note that discounts may not appear in the cart, but will be applied at checkout.
To use your Member discount in person, please have a membership email ready to present at checkout.

Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotions.
Automatically applied Member discounts can be combined with one discount code / additional promotion per order.
Shop in person
Where is the High Line Shop located? What are its hours?
For most of the year, you can find us on the High Line between 15th and 16th Streets. The nearest entrances to the park are at 16th Street (stair access) and 14th Street (elevator & stair access). The High Line Shop is open April through October, daily from 10am – 6pm. These hours may fluctuate with shifting weather, and we will update them on our website and instagram @highlineshopnyc accordingly.
Can I buy online and pick up in store?
Yes, New Yorkers or anyone in town can order online and swing by the High Line Shop on the park just south of 16th Street to pick up their order during our normal business hours. Select the “pick up” option during checkout. In the winter months, when the Shop will not be open in our outdoor location, we’ll adjust this option.
Can I return items I bought online in store?
Yes, you can return items in-store that you purchased online. Our return policies still apply. We do not have the capability for you to return in-store purchases online at this time.
How do I use my High Line membership discount at the High Line Shop in person?
To utilize your Member discount in person, please have a membership email ready to present at checkout.

How does the High Line Shop benefit the park?
Owned by the City of New York, the High Line is a public park programmed, maintained, and operated by Friends of the High Line, in partnership with the New York City Department of Parks & Recreation. Friends of the High Line is a non-profit organization that raises nearly 100% of the High Line’s annual budget.
All the profit from the High Line Shop goes directly into the High Line’s annual budget. So every purchase you make helps keep the High Line free—and extraordinary—for everyone.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer gift cards online.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, Elo, JCB, UnionPay). High Line Shop also accepts Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Venmo.
The item I want is sold out. Will it be restocked?
For most of our products, the answer is yes! However, some collections will be limited edition only. Otherwise, you can sign up to be notified, so you’re the first to know when the item you want is back in stock.
