Domestic shipping

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Orders are not delivered on Sundays or holidays.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 hours, though it can take up to 72 hours depending on shipment volume and timing.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Domestic shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges and delivery estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, but most orders arrive within 3-5 business days for in-stock merchandise. Please allow extra time for shipments to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and to the non-contiguous states and territories (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc.)

Please note that for Standard Domestic Shipping for items over 1 pound going to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any US territory not in the contiguous 48 states the delivery estimate is 4-6 weeks.

Items ordered together may not arrive in the same package. We will always strive to ship all items together to minimize shipments.

Damages

High Line Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, however we include up to $100 in insurance on all shipments. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Buy online, pick up in store

The High Line Shop offers the option to buy online and pick up your order in-store. You can make your pickup at the High Line Shop’s location on the park just south of 16th Street during our normal business hours. Select the “pick up” option during checkout. In the winter months, when the Shop will not be open in our outdoor location, we’ll adjust this option accordingly.

International shipping

We now offer international shipping.

International shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and your location. We've worked with our shipping partners to find the best rates possible to bring a piece of the High Line home. Customs and duties are included in the price.

When shopping our site, you can select your country from the header or footer and see prices in your currency with customs, duties, and currency conversion fee included for ease.

Walking through The Flyover—which slowly ramps up off the High Line, rising eight feet above the original structure and carrying visitors through a canopy of magnolias, sassafras, and serviceberry trees—in autumn is magical. Catskills Candle Studio worked with horticulturalists at the High Line to capture that feeling in our Sweet Bay candle. Top notes of fresh greens are balanced with a dark jammy sweetness and a pop of citrus that evoke the fiery sassafras and the dense ferns that thrive in this microclimate. Warm, woody base notes keep it cozy and autumnal.

This candle was developed in conjunction with Catskills Candle Studio and High Line horticulturalists. Made with 100% natural soy wax sourced from American-grown soybeans and a braided cotton wick, ensuring a clean, eco-friendly burn. The fragrance oils are infused with essential oils and free from harmful chemicals.

Grown on the High Line: Eastern red cedar, moss, sassafras, northern maidenhair fern, Virginia pine, Scots pine, Green Shadow sweetbay magnolia, willowleaf spice bush

Top notes: Greens, Black Currant, Grapefruit, Lemon
Middle notes: Cedar, Rosemary, Fir, Tobacco Leaf, Clove
Bottom notes: Cypress, Amber, Moss, Wood, Leather, Musk, Vanilla

100% Natural soy candles, hand-poured in the Catskills.

Trim wick to 1/4” before lighting. Keep candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings. Only burn the candle on a level, fire resistant surface. Do not burn candle for more than four hours at a time. Stop use when only 1/4” of wax remains.

FAQ

How much is shipping? Does my order qualify for free shipping?

For domestic orders, we offer flat-rate shipping. Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) is $10. Orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Priority Shipping (2 business days) is $20 and Express Shipping (1-2 business days) is $35.

For international shipping, we calculate shipping for each order based on package size & weight and destination. Duties & fees included in price for ease.

What's your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is eligible, you will receive a refund for the full amount of your purchase, minus the original shipping cost. The cost of the return shipping label will also be deducted from your refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@thehighline.org. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
