Can I gift a membership?
Yes, you can gift a membership to your favorite High Line enthusiast. Join through our membership page and select "Yes, this is a gift membership."
Are memberships tax-deductible?
Memberships at the Spike, Rail, Beam, and Track level are fully tax-deductible. New Trestle membership gifts are $725 tax-deductible. Trestle membership renewal gifts are fully tax-deductible.
Where does my High Line membership get me discounts?
Members receive a 10% at High Line Shop. (Discount does not apply to membership charges.) For a list of local stores and restaurants offering High Line member discounts, please visit our Membership Discount Page.
How do membership renewals work?
High Line membership is by calendar year. Our annual membership renewal campaign takes place in winter through spring.
I live abroad—can I still become a member?
Unfortunately, we are not able to send membership benefits internationally due to shipping costs.
How do I cancel or change my monthly membership?
Monthly memberships can be changed or canceled by emailing us at members@thehighline.org.

Owned by the City of New York, the High Line is a public park programmed, maintained, and operated by Friends of the High Line, in partnership with the New York City Department of Parks & Recreation. Friends of the High Line is a non-profit organization that raises nearly 100% of the High Line’s annual budget.
All the profit from the High Line Shop goes directly into the High Line’s annual budget. So every purchase you make helps keep the High Line free—and extraordinary—for everyone.
